As an artist / writer, I have often rebelled against anyone who says everyone should do this — which they mean, get up early and write. Or whatever.
I have written about the writing patterns of famous writers and can tell you there is no pattern. George Sand wrote all night. Balzac slept from 6 pm till 1 a.m. and wrote till dawn, took a nap and wrote till 4.
The lesson here is that our lifestyle is what fits each of us as unique persons. The most important thing is, “The right way is the way that works for me.”
Good luck on your life adventure.
