Been listening to audiobooks since the early 80s. You will be amazed at how many books you can read in the course of a lifetime. I listen while commuting primarily. Used to paint apartments and would listen to books while painting. One can listen while exercising too.

I've read so many audiobooks that I even became acquainted with who the readers after awhile. Here is an interview I did with award-winning audiobook reader/narrator Grover Gardner: https://medium.com/publishous/a-visit-with-award-winning-narrator-grover-gardner-f44b363204f9

My opinion: Whether it is Tolstoy in print, digital ebook or audiobook, it is still Tolstoy, a rewarding experience for the mind.
