Congrats on working with Jay Levinson for 10 years. I reaped a lot from his guerrilla approach. Many helpful ideas for small companies competing against giants. (I was advert/marketing guy in that role.) I also did some moonlighting and made a 50-item Marketing Report Card using his 100 mktg tactics. The report car was a means of assessing a companies various features — biz card, company colors, slogan, biz card, etc. — to determine what they lacked. That is for each item I would say, “what is the positive about what you are doing and what is the negative.” After going through the exercise, a company’s key area of needs would almost always emerge.
